The Update site has everything travelers need to know about the USVI. The actual clearance can be obtained from the Travel Portal within five days of actual travel.
From the Travel Screening website: “Tests must be taken and negative results must be received within five days of commencement of travel to the Territory.”
This is great news. Five days is more than three and it allows travelers extra time in case the test results come in late or there are flight delays.
Regardless of arrival mode (air, ferry, private yacht), vaccination status (vaccinated or not), or citizenship (U.S. citizen, resident, non-citizen), all travelers need two things within five days of commencing travel to the USVI:
— proof of a negative COVID test (antigen or PCR) and
— travel clearance (use the USVI travel portal)
After that, things change. For more information, go to the Leisure Travel Portal if you fly in or go to the Marine Travel Portal if you come by yacht.

Carriacou
The Customs and Immigration office is nestled inside the Carriacou Marina at the south end of Tyrell Bay. There are no C&I offices in Hillsborough or anywhere else on Carriacou.
Petite Martinique
There is no Customs and Immigration office on PM and therefore, no check-in or check-out possibility here. The closest C&I is on Carriacou, 20 miles south.
